​​At Big Cat Studios, we’re committed to providing a smooth, professional, and creative experience for every session. Because studio time is reserved exclusively for you, the following policies help us stay fair to all clients and our team.

Booking & Deposits

All sessions require a deposit to secure your time.

• Deposits are non-refundable

• Deposits will be applied toward your session balance

• One-time rescheduling is allowed within the notice window (see below)

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change—here’s how we handle it:

• 48+ hours notice: Deposit is transferable to a new date (no fee)

• 24–48 hours notice: Deposit retained, but may be applied to a rescheduled session (one-time courtesy)

• Less than 24 hours notice or same-day cancellations: Deposit is forfeited

• No-shows: Full session fee may be charged and deposit is forfeited

Rescheduling Policy

• One reschedule is allowed per booking with proper notice

• Additional changes may require a new deposit

• Rescheduled sessions must be used within 30 days

Session Time

• Your session begins and ends at the scheduled time

• Late arrivals will not extend session time

• Sessions ending early are not eligible for refunds

Engineers & Add-On Services

• Any booked engineers, producers, or specialty services are non-refundable once scheduled

• These professionals reserve their time specifically for your session

Studio Cancellations

If Big Cat Studios must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive:

• A full refund, or

• The option to reschedule at no additional cost
