Welcome to Big Cat Studios. This is a professional creative space built for artists to focus, collaborate, and create at a high level. These guidelines help keep sessions running smoothly for everyone.

Respect the Time

• Your session begins and ends at the scheduled time

• Please arrive on time and ready to work

• Late arrivals do not extend your session

• No refunds for late arrivals

• Extended sessions (if space is available) will incur standard hourly fees

Respect the Space

• Treat all equipment, gear, and furnishings with care

• Any damage caused during your session will result in additional charges

• Keep the studio clean—leave it as you found it

• Cleaning fees will be charged for spills, excessive trash pickup, etc.

Session Conduct

• Maintain a professional and respectful environment at all times

• No excessive noise outside - we have neighbors, even at night

• Big Cat Studios reserves the right to end a session if behavior is disruptive or unsafe

Guests & Capacity

• Keep guest counts reasonable and within studio limits

• You are responsible for the behavior of anyone you bring into the studio

• Unauthorized gatherings or parties are not permitted

• We love pets, but can't allow them unless they're service animals

​

Food, Drinks & Smoking

• Drinks are allowed, but please keep them away from equipment. If equipment is damaged by food or drink, you must pay for repairs in full

• Food should be handled carefully and cleaned up promptly

• No smoking or vaping of any kind, inside or outside the studio

• No illegal substances are permitted on the premises

• If you are excessively and disruptively impaired, you will be asked to leave and no refund will be issued

File Management

• Clients are responsible for backing up their own files

• Big Cat Studios will retain your files on our server for a one year period. We are not liable for lost, deleted, or unclaimed sessions after this period

​

Safety & Security

• Follow all posted safety guidelines

• Do not tamper with studio wiring or equipment setups

• Report any technical issues to staff immediately

Privacy & Discretion

• No photos, videos, or live streaming without approval

• Respect the privacy of other clients in the space​
